Expo Opening
First day of listed expo lanka Sri Lanka's Expolanka initial public offering debuted at 15 rupees dipped to 14.30 rupees and recovered to trade just above its initial offer price, dealers said. Expolanka sold 172 million shares to the public at 14.00 rupees after an earlier sell down at 6.0 rupees.

Kalamazoo Systems Plc was the biggest gainer today and closed Rs2491.00 higher at Rs 7,990.00. Bimputh Lanka Investments Plc a finance company listed by the way of introduction was commenced trading today. 1000 shares of Bimputh Lanka traded during the day and closed at Rs 25.00.
There were 133 negative contributors while only 56 gainers for the day. Commercial Bank (COMB) lost 4.50 to close at Rs 260.70 while Central Finance Company Plc was down by 61.40 to end the day at Rs 1436.50.
17,854,100 shares of E Channeling Plc traded during the day and closed 70 cents higher at Rs 6.40. More than 16 million shared of Nawaloka Hospitals Plc changed hands and closed flat at Rs 4.00. Panasian Power continued to trade heavily and over 37 million shares traded but closed only 10 cents higher at Rs 6.90.
