No Special Budget – 2010
New government of Srilanka submitted – 2010 budget by deputy minister of finance Dr. Sarath Amunugama. on 29.06.2010. This budget is defer from another budgets because Financial Minister & Country President leave form country the budget was submitted, so some of the unfavorable taking also raised that move, and budget submitted only form next six month only so many of the incentive package has not like the price reduce, Tax leave / reduce public sector and privete sector salary increase and also that government mostly concern domestic activities like agriculture and inprove stage employees wealth but this budget fail to archive that task.
In 2010 budget as one of the guide /framework for 2011 budget so that many of the reality to be recover what happen in 2011.
01. Public Sector Salary
The Government said formulating new salary scheme and to be adapted all staff under new sheme, and also they gives pension scheme for all. Some of the news published public sector salary hike 1000.00/= but its not conformed message.
02. New Tax Scheme
Formulate new tax scheme, Easy to calculated and also useful tax scheme. The Srilanka tax scheme as older so that development countries tax scheme are defer from the tax. Asutraliya, India Singapore tax system based on improve industrial development tax scheme so srilanka also to be adopt that scheme.
Last month government change their tax scheme for vehicle tax reduce by 50 %
03. Rural and Urban Development
Danamic role play by government develops rural areas like urban areas. Many of the industrial and tourism sector will move rural areas.

06. Welfare Service take place this budget
The total expenditure on these items is around Rs. 202.9 billion of which expenditure on pension to public servants is estimated to cost Rs. 93 billion. Expenditure on fertilizer subsidy is estimated at Rs. 30 billion, while ‘Samurdhi’ and welfare payments are 83 projected at Rs. 35 billion. A further Rs. 42.3 billion is provided to meet operational expenditure of statutory agencies.

The Budget deficit is 438.8 Billion rupees. He revealed of plans to bridge the deficit through local funds.
